Butchering ScheduleWe butcher 2 days a week under inspection: Monday is hog butchering and Thursday is beef butchering days. What does under inspection mean? If you are a local producer and want to market your animal to a farmers market, convenience store, restaurant or any store in Minnesota you can if butchered here under inspection. We can buy livestock and sell to you through our front meat case. You can order 1/4, 1/2, or a whole beef, 1/2 or a whole hog from us also. We will tell you exactly where your meat will come from. We also will custom process animals "NOT FOR SALE" if you just want to bring your own meat back home.
